Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Shamba+ account and data with or without the app installed.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Shamba+ and sign in
Go to the Settings tab
Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion

Your account and farm data are deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile (name, email, farm name, location)
All farm records: land, plants, seasons, harvests, revenue, costs, inputs, animals, herds, infrastructure, and activities

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you signed in with Google, this does not delete your separate Google Account — only the Shamba+ account and data linked to it.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within a reasonable time of a verified request, except where certain records must be retained by law.
